Eligibility: The referral program is open to existing Plumbing Stuff customers who refer new customers.

Referral Reward: Referrers will receive a $50 Bunnings Gift Card once the referred person completes a fully paid plumbing service with Plumbing Stuff.

Referred Customers: Must be new customers not previously booked or serviced by Plumbing Stuff.

How to Refer: Referrals must mention the referrer’s full name when booking via phone, website, or ServiceM8 form.

Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can make.

Reward Delivery: Gift cards will be sent via email or post within 14 business days of the referred service completion.

Non-Transferable: Rewards are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

Campaign Period: The referral campaign runs until further notice and may be updated or withdrawn at any time at Plumbing Stuff’s discretion.

Service Area: Referral reward eligibility is limited to jobs completed within our standard service zones.

Fraud Prevention: Plumbing Stuff reserves the right to verify referral claims and deny rewards where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
